Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What is a Consignment Sale?
A. A Consignment Sale provides an opportunity for you to earn money by selling your gently used items (we sell ~ 25,000 items in 3 days!) The Seller (Consignor) determines the price and brings items tagged and ready for us to sell. Typically you can expect quality items to sell for 25-35% of retail depending on brand name and condition.

Q. Do You Allow Children at the Preview Sale?
A. Children may not attend the Preview Sale, only babies in arms (no strollers). At the request of many Consignors, we have implemented this policy in an effort to maintain the order of the sales floor prior to the Public Sale. Exception: Pre-Teens & Teen Volunteers are entitled to shop the Preview Sale.

Q. Do I Keep My Consignor Number from one Sale to the Next?
A. The ONLY way to keep your consignor number from sale-to-sale is to PRE-REGISTER at the current Sale for the next Sale. If you elect NOT to Pre-Register, then your number may be reassigned to someone else. Also, Consignor Registration closes once capacity has been reached. Pre-Registeration guarantees you a spot at our next sale AND gives you a 20% discount on the registration fee ($8 instead of $10)
